ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Roberto Tiby is a strategic and relational marketing trainer and consultant. Graduated in Business and Economics, he obtained a specialization in marketing and communication, he worked for ten years at Fiat Auto, first in Marketing and Sales, then in eBusiness and finally in the Sales division as Area Manager for Alfa Romeo. Lecturer at several university Masters (he is scientific responsible for the Master's Degree in Wellness Management at LUISS Business School) and Training Bodies. He is also Strategy Partner in the consulting company MSX Marketing and works as consultant for numerous companies operating in many different sectors.
